CCA is committed to the safety of every participant. All coaches and staff who work with youth athletes are required to complete a background check before taking the field.
RCX Sports, RCX Sports Leagues, LLC, NFL FLAG, and National Flag Football are committed to the safety of our participants. We have a thorough background check program for all coaches and staff participating in our programs.
We currently use Checkr as our background screening provider — a full-service company specializing in volunteer-based organizations. Their screening includes a national criminal database search, national sex offender check, SSN identity check, and address history, with complete re-verification of all criminal hits across over 400 million national records.
- To promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive athletic environment in which youth athletes can pursue their goals.

- Any team staff member with access to or direct contact with youth athletes (under 18) during practices or games must submit information for a background check, review and acknowledge the Coaches Code of Conduct waiver, and be listed on the team roster.
