What You Provide
Required
- Non-metal cleats — football, soccer, or lacrosse cleats work fine
- Pocketless shorts or pants — helps reduce snagging during flag pulls
- Mouthguard — mandatory on field at all times
- A great attitude and team spirit!

- Gloves, arm sleeves, headbands, sunglasses, etc.

No Experience? No Problem.
Charm City Athletics is coached entirely by parent and family volunteers
— no flag football background required. We provide the resources and support to make sure you feel ready on day one. Many of our best coaches started out unsure — and ended the season not wanting it to be over.
